I'm trying to continue my chrome theme on my mag, and i really dont want to spend more money for a new barrel, so i was wondering is it possible to Polish a JJ Cerami, and if so how can i do it.

it is already polished. And i think thats the metals real color, so if u polished it.. it wouldnt have that chrome effect.

knick it in a spot you cant see if its on the gun and see if its a diffrent color underneath? thats what i would do

My friend has a Custom J&J edge kit, with 6" backs, and he has a chrome tip on his edge. it is really shiney, if the ceramic is 2 pieces, then you could possibly get a new front from J&J.

The edge kit isnt ceramic.
I wouldnt do it, I dont know if the J&J is just ceramic coated or acutally made out of ceramic but if it is made out of ceramic it wont do anything
Just buy a new barrel.

im pretty sure its ceramic coated, so if you sanded it down enough it would chrome. but it might be made out of ceramic and you could end up screwing up your barrel big time. but they only cost 35 bucks, so go for it

The pores of the metal are injected with ceramic

The barrel is not made out of ceramic

So this means, that its possible or impossible to chrome it myself
