call adobe and ask, sometimes the upgrade just needs the serial # from the previous one, or you have to just put the previous versions cd in during the install just so it can check. i'm not sure about the features though, they should be the same.

yeh, called them this morning....they suck

to change from PC to mac you have to buy a new copy....

anyone want to be kind to a brother and "loan" me a copy for OSX and ill "pay your shipping and HANDLING fees"?

I did this a few years back. They let me do a "cross-platform upgrade" from 2.5 to 5.0. Just call the sales department and ask them for that.

i'll call back later about a cross platform upgrade...

what do you need? just a serial number of a previous version to do it? or does it ave to be registered? honestly, the chances that i did register it are slim...i never register ANYTHING

i didn't register either. If you've got the disk/cd, just give em the CD-Key, and they send you a brand new copy - doesn't say 'Upgrade' or anything.
