Is this better http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/online-catalog/stabilizer-male.htm or this http://www.palmer-pursuit.com/online-catalog/stabilizer-sideline.htm

Or is there a difference? What would you get?

Thanks,
Texan

For what gun? Depends on what you're running.

If you have an RT Mag, you don't need one. If you run CO2, you might.

If your running the model 98 in your sig, you want the Male stabilizer and the verticle adapter for the 98...

If you have a classic mag, get the Sideline Stabilizer. I have one and it works great on CO2. Definately a good investment for co2 users.

I'm thinking for the mag I will get in about a week. Should I get a low pressure, or standard model?

Here's the mag http://www.usedpaintballstuff.com/usedpaintballstuff/images/DCP_1184.jpg

You want the high pressure version.... Either one of the stabs will work, you just need to decide if you want it as a foregrip, or on the back of the valve... Most people get the Male version.

You got the other one, didn't you? Like it?

They are exactly the same, it is really just a preferance issue. Getting the sideline makes it a TINY bit harder to work on the gun, I can barely get my hand around the back to unscrew the back half of the reg, but thats a minor problem. I like it this way because I really like the way a Smart Parts Gadget Grip feels, and I have on of them on my gun... But if you ever want to use the Stab on a different gun, the male would be the way to go. Getting the sideline basically means that you will ONLY be using it for a mag...

I've got a black male stab on my classic mag. It's a nice foregrip when you need one. Email me if you wanna see a pic of it.

one more question needs to be asked. are you going to use co2 on your new mag? is so, then the stabe will do a decent job of keeping liquid co2 out of it.

if you are going to get an HPA system for the mag (definately recommended) then DONT get the palmers. three regs is a no no.

I will definatly be useing Co2. I'll probably get the male one.

Thanks again,
