Photoshop, or paint.

Ive heard someone called Jam makes them? Is that his actuall name/login name? So I can PM him or something.

Yup jam is really good when it comes to photoshop things. Drop him a pm and im sure he will help you out. (dont hold me to that though)

JAM is one of the most recent additions to the AO Sig Image creators. I have made a good many myself (but don’t have the time any more), and quite a few others made them themselves.
