I just noticed that my last post was #499, so I figured I'd post that im now at 500! I MUST be 500 times better at paintball than anyone else now! Isnt that how the logic works???

Add it up. A few posts a day...And I didnt even use AO that much till a few months ago. There are people that have been here for only a month or so and still have more posts than me. Shartley for one hasnt been here that long, but almost has 1000 posts. So yep!

Yup! A few posts each day will add up QUICKLY. And I will add to that the fact that MANY of us were actually here for quite a long time before we even STARTED posting. http://www.automags.org/ubb/smile.gif

So when some people mention that they have "been" here longer and only have a few posts.. that makes little difference. Heck, like you said, I have a decent post count and have not been a "registered" member for all that long....

NOW keep in mind that you only get credit for ONE post per thread... and if you took only MY posts, look at all the threads that I have quite a few LONG posts in them. The Contest Q&A would rack up a pretty good amount alone.. LOL

See my point? Don't worry that people make comments about post counts... without making posts this Board would be empty. http://www.automags.org/ubb/wink.gif

And Post Count should really be called "Thread Contribution Count". http://www.automags.org/ubb/smile.gif
