What are yalls opinions on packs, the kind w/ a flap you have to open to get the pods?
I have a 2 100rnd JT Alpha pack, and Im wondering if I should consider selling(or not) and getting a harness, were there is not flap. Just lookin for opinions.

i dont think you will get much money for your current pack. my recommendation is getting a redz dimensions pack or a mantis pack. those are my two favorites. you wont need to get a large pack(unless you play tourney ball), i use a 3+2 redz dimensions and it works fine for me. just my opinion.
btw, is that the really milled out 2k2 timmy in your sig?

You play with a timmy but only carry 2 100rd pods?
Planet Jacko pack, 3 down 140rnds. sweet pack and not that pricey. You can expand it with "X loops"

Redz make the best packs IMO. Get a 3.2 dimension pack, they are very comfy and always stay in place.

Redz are GREAT. I got a my ronan Hella cheap on e-bay so I'm really happy with that. I have the JT speed-pod which adds a little weight, expecially with the extenders! I like the extra security with the flaps. I feel safer that my pods aren't going to fall out when i have to run.

Yeha, they have a TON of Ronin packs on e-bay cheap.. Not oto mention non-label Ronin packs even cheaper. I picked up a Mantis Diamond 3+2 on e-bay new for $20. I love it.. Had to wash it w/ the pods in it to stretch out the loops a bit but its mint now..

those mpacks are kinda expensive. has anyone had any experience w/ the new jt pack? the one that can hold from like 1-20 pods?(not that I need that many, just a friend recommended it) Its also cheaper than the redz.

I am seriously enjoying my Extreme Rage 4.3 Harness. I've tried REDZ before and they are comfy and all, but I really like the feel of the ER packs. I'd recommend that you try on a few packs at the very least, and possibly even play with a few to see how they feel when you have to get pods while you are in the fetal position behind a laydown while people with Strange impulses shoot at you wildly.

topstitch is the ultimate in packs, the most durable, comefortable pack you will ever find. a bit pricey yes, but the man who makes em, is a fire jumper, he knows how to sew, because if he makes a mistake sewing, in the line of duty, it can be his, or some one elses life

Ok I think Ive made a decision, Im considering either the APP pack, or the Mpack. Both are good imo, the APP even has a lifetime warranty and is cheaper.
