I hope you get that frame!!! and DANNNNGG that is one nice gun. That Excalibur is going to ROCK YOUR MOTHER 'S FUZZY SOCKS OFF!(man I can't believe I just said that. Am i turning into a dumb a$$?) Even if it's just a stock frame those things can shoot so nicely. My friend's is half milled and It's really nice. Congratulations!

Oh BTW your gonna need a halo to keep up with that!

Excaliburs are awesome. The only AKA gun I've seen in this state so far is an Excal, and let me tell you, it impressed me more than any other gun I've ever seen. I hope to own a Viking soon though, can't wait till I have the money.

thats nothin, you should've seen my trix when i had a sticker job done. you almost couldnt see the black on the body.

The only aka gun i have ever seen break was mine :(
But, this was my fault. The other two vikings i had worked all the time, no problems, why else would you have 3 of the same marker?

you can get a unmilled,half milled, an full milled version of them. They shoot jus as fast as ever other electro. Not many people ahve them so i like em cuz there unique.

The only difference by design is the Viking is open bolt and the Excal is closed bolt. They feel essentially the same, just the Excal cycles a little smoother and is slightly softer on paint, and the Viking is capable of cycling faster.

I really don't see any resemblance between Excals/Vikings and Matrixes. Maybe you'd have to see them for yourself in real life.

and the excal has 2 solonoids instead of 1. and closed bolt markers wont shoot farther than open bolt markers!!

I wasn't disagreeing that the viking was open and the excal was closed... just that you said that the excal will shoot further due to its closed bolt-ness..... I have yet to see evidence to back this up. I meant no offense to you, it's just that sometimes it's easy to get caught up in the marketing hype! :D

I recently bought a Viking (unmilled, milled is for poseurs ;)), and let me tell you, they rock. If you thought AGD products were well built, you need to check these bad boys out. The exterior finish is a Type 3 anno that is incredibly hard to scratch, and cleaning it is done by spraying windex on it and wiping it off. Maintenance consists of 2 drops of lube in the asa and oiling the bolt after a day of play, thats it.

And the rip right out of the box. Get some eyes in it, and its a world-beater.

:( Oh well thats jsu what I herd from people that closed bolt guns shoot further than open bolt...As long as it hits what you want it to then who cares ;)
