any help would be great!!

What is your setup. I run a max flow on my Emag at around 850 input with out any problems. Give us some more info so we can help you diagnose your problem.

well like i said, i think i need a new spring on the max flow.....the previous gun was a matrix....but, its a 68/45 max flow...ummmm, the input pressure was set around 700 psi. and i know why the nipple was leaking. so i guess i will replace the spring and find out if that works

thanks

Proper setup for the matrix would have been a low pressure (shocker) body and the low pressure piston. If you have that setup then you will have problems getting enough input pressure to run the mag properly. The reg bodies on the max flow are marked on the bottom either 4500 or shocker. The one marked 4500 is what you need with the high pressure piston and the high pressure spring. Check your setup to make sure it is right for what you have. I switched from a matrix to an Emag and had to do the same thats how I know what your going through. Hope this helps.

Very true. I don't know if you are using the newer MaxFlows (with the tiny on/off leaver) but on mine, I run the RT at no less that 620ish psi and most of the time at 850+ because I like it very pingy. The new ones ship with 2 springs (High pressure 300-1000psi and low pressure 0-250psi). I know nothing of changing valveing but that might help.
