Ok there is some great stuff on there, i'll start off by naming all the great stuff. The video, I loved it (including the music, don't let em bash ramstein). The thumbnail gallery, as was previously stated, i hate opening a link and havving huge pictures on the site. The frames i like frames don't take em off.
Ok now the stuff that needs some improvement, i'll try and help out (include html codes and such) as much as possible.

6. Make your sponsor's site pop-up into a new window. If you do this people are going to be more inclined to browse your sponsor's site because if they wanted to go back to your site after a bit of browsing of the sponsor's site it will be much tougher. <a href="url here" target="new">text here</a>
