I know Shartley has been working on them for some time now. He said in a earlier post that he still had to carve some wood grips that people had ordered. After those grips were out of the way, we would be able to get our hands on Emag grips.

I have even more wooden grips to carve now than when I said I would clear out my current projects before doing the Rubber/Plastic/Pewter grips for AGD’s line of markers…… I am now trying to multitask! :D I am trying to spread my time around doing a little of this and a little of that so that my entire product line keeps stocked.

Carbon fiber grips…. nice idea. No, I will not be making those. LOL ;) I look forward to seeing what folks come up with.

Fire…. You get the first set? Hmmmmmm ;)

Who is on Heather’s case? Please let someone give a compliment without trying to fight about the “amount” of a compliment that is given.

it's not the amount of compliment, just the fact that your statement means some of them didn't come out well

Please don’t tell me what MY statement meant. It may have meant a lot of things. Do I think every set that I have seen of hers was nice? No. But I didn’t buy them… so who cares. Please let me make a compliment and leave it at that.

It also could mean that he has only seen some of them and not all of them.

Now as to quality, what are those grips like? Are they hard or soft rubber/resin? Are they more like grip panels or like Dye stickies? The ones I see above are nice, especially that Clear E-Mag one!

As for carbon fiber grips, how would those look? Are you talking about wraps or grips?

All of you stop teasing us X-Mag/E-Mag owners! We want wraps and details! Now all of you manufacturers get off AO and back to work dagnabit!;)

About the carbon fibre grips, they would be aircraft quality pre-preg carbon fibre. I can't imagine charging more than $20-$25 for them. I would start with panel grips, and maybe try some wraps further down the road. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to work on these until september, gotta finish summer classes first. However, they will look stellar. I'll be back with updates as the time draws near, this has been a twinkle in my eye for some time now, and I think the emag deserves a little bit of that "ferrari" look. I've also had the idea of a carbon fibre battery pack, but don't hold me to that one!
