I'm not so sure that's it's as much of a "hoax" as you'd like it to be.

I think it's just a marketing scheme to sell their videos. While you may not be able to actually participate in a "hunt" yourself, you can enjoy the video tape for $30!!

This is VERY true. They also know that the potential numbers made from selling the tape will vastly outnumber those made DOING the act.

I have always thought of this as more of an "extreme" tape sales than an activity.

well i saw a news report (video) of this happening about 3 chicks got naked and had guys shoot them lmao was HILARIOUS stupid dumb douche bags being stupid trying to get money for crack i honestly dont think its a hoax because this looked pretty figgen real to me :)
