Is it normal for me to be able to toss ORANGE Evil up in the air about 20 feet, and only have half of them or so break on the sidewalk that they land on?

Just wondering if I got a bad batch or not; thanks.

-Ron

I did a search on "orange evil," but all I got back were posts saying that it is "great," which I agree with. ;)

Sounds like the shell's are a little inconsistent in your batch. That stinks.

Normally Evil is a brittle paint, but not as brittle as some like say Hellfire or the UltraEvil. Or this new one I've tried but forgot the name of, something with a D. Domination I think, can't recall.

Any ways, back on topic. The paint's still probably good, probably more along the lines of marbilizer-style shell would be my guess. I'm sure you'll still enjoy using it.

Thanks for the help guys. Yeah, I noticed some balls would break when I tossed them up about 10 feet. Others I tossed up about 40 feet numerous times before they broke. Weird.

I've got 4 cases of this stuff so I hope it isn't all this messed up. Does the Yellow Evil seem more brittle? I shot Ultra-Evil (I think) once and the shell was very thin (white) and VERY dry. I could've sworn I broke some in my pods as I dove into a bunker once. The shell on this orange evil is actually clear, and feels rubbery almost.

Thanks again.

ok heres some advice dont do bouce testing

the best way to test ur paint is to take your Little brother/sister/dog/cat/goldfish out in teh back yard get about 30 feet away shoot them 500 times if more then half breaks then u have a good batch if not tehn you have a bad batch.

Hmmm, I found something weird that fixes my batch of bouncy Evil...

First, I filled up a pod halfway, then I took one of those compressed air duster cans. I held the can upside and sprayed so all the liquid content would come out, fall into the pod, and chill the balls.

Now, the balls weren't frozen but I noticed the fill was kind of condensed. So, I went outside, took 30 of them one by one and dropped them from 4 feet onto a hard surface; they all broke just like Ultra Evil.

Very weird that it worked. ;)
