does a booyah or hyperframe relly effect the rof very much, and which one is better.

Well I would buy a Hyperframe becuase, Boo-yaah went out of business.

For most people it would increase the rof, but it really depends on what kind of trigger you like and what you are used to. If you can try one before you buy a new frame.
