Omar a ruthless criminal from the year 2112 has gone back in time to escape Justice. Comander Shatner travels back in time to capture him and meets up with Calvary Captain General Custer AKA weltman. Omar recruits Cyborgs from the future and some Raiders but Cyborgs are tempermentle to time travel.
