yup, Punisher is on something like version 3 or 4 now... who knows really, he's been fiddling with them for years, and custom building them for customers at least one year.

never seen one in person, but supposedly they're pretty quick, up to 13 bps without shootdown IIRC. the nelson valve just can't recharge fast enough after that.
