Need advice ... need a good video transfer setup pc and or mac compatable.

For all you video geeks I need to find a video to pc bridge that fits in the following;

Looking for a nice video bridge between my video camera and my pc (and or Mac) ...

My video camera has standard RCA sound and video out (your standard red and white plugs), but not composite or s-video ...

Looking for a bridge that can connect either firewire or USB(1.1 or 2.0) ...

If possible around or under $200.00.

Any advice or recomendations is appreciated.
