I have a 92' automag that works great (now with nitro) but something i have noticed is that there is an air leak in the volecety adjuster at the end of the regulator. i have cronoed the gun to about 300 fps then brought is back and if i bring it down to when the leak stops it is at about 190 fps. Do i need a new regulator or is there a cheeper fix to the problem? Oh yea, the gun fires just fine with the leak but i lose air a lot faster than normal. please help me.:(

A new regulator piston from AGD would solve that problem.

Do you have a level 10 or level 7 bolt? If it's level 10 change to a longer spring.

sinces its a '92 mag, you'll need the new reg piston to run nitro well. get a new one from AGD and you should be set.

and for the record, with LX, when you have a leak out the reg back, you go DOWN to a smaller spring on the bolt

Oh, thanks I wasn't sure about that one. If the velocity is too low, do I go to a smaller or larger spring?

You can run the small gold spring for pretty much any velocity. I use the gold spring in all of my setups and I'm shooting at 300fps.

The gray springs will stop working at a certain velocity if they go too low. The larger the spring, the higher the velocity the cutoff point will be at. In general it's about 250 for the middle gray spring and 270 or so for the long gray spring.
