???? about valves that have been sent in

i have a few ??? about 2 valves that i sent in. i wanted to know how long does it take for them to fix and repair the valves??? i also would like to call them in regards to the valves but i lost both RA #s. i left all my info with the valves what can i do if i lost the RA's. please can someone help me out. any info would be greatly appreciated.

usually 1-2 weeks from reciving the package to shipping it. However, depending on workload, that could varry

i sent my whole setup in to be fixed cause both the flatline and the air valve were shot. It took them about 3 weeks, yours might take shorter bercause the techs thought mine was terminal. If you want to check on them you could always call with your serial number and name, im sure they could help you.
