Does anyone have some good suggestions for a new barrel. I have a Smart Parts Teardrop barrel that I've had since i got the gun and I'm looking to upgrade.

(Links please if you have them)

Thanx

Well..the question is...are you looking for a (single) new barrel or a barrel system? and how much money do you have to spend?

I've always been a fan of the CP 1-piece barrels; nice quality and they go for about $50 each but you can find them cheaper online.

I'm willing to entertain either, system or single. Although I'm leaning toward the system. I'm really looking for the best that I can find this time around. I don't want to be one of those guys that carries around a dozen barrels in his bag. I've committed more to this barrel project then anyone is likely to suggest spending.

Thanx chief, I will look into it. Hmm.... There's a trade show at Shatner, maybe that will serve me well...

I love LAPCOs....awesome barrels...cheap price!
(Ive got all five for cockers)

however, when you get down to it, 95% of barrels are just tubes and will perform almost identically assuming a good paint to barrel match :)

The ULE body says it has Angel threads. Am I to believe they're the same?

ULE bodies have cocker barrel threads (VERY different from angel barrel threads) and angel vert feed threads and angel ball detent threds

I just ordered a WGP Kaner system for my X-Mag. I'll let you know what I think after I play with it

Hehe, I reread the description and figured it out. But you replied too fast!

Where does one get this Doc Nickles Adaptor? Is there a link to a vendor that sells it?

IMO Lapcos are great barrels. I reccommend them to everyone. If ya want a 2 piece barrel, then J&J Edge kits are the shizzle! They only cost 100-150, and just kick arse~!
