can some one make me a sig?

im terrible at photoshop but a master at paint lol and well paint sucks, can someone help me please i would like a superman symbol like made of steel with chains running off the sides, even a superman symbol(in color) on a steel plate with chains would be cool then have pimp in old english under the left chain and dansim under the right
