Do E-Mags right now come with everythin ULE??

Hey im gonna get a job soon so i could by a very nice electro. I still dont wanna give up on mags but i want a electro so i thought about the emag or the x mag if i have the money. Does the emag comes with everythin ULE??? and another question how can i order a x-mag??

few months ago when i ordered an emag..it came w/ xvalve, ule trigger frame, ule rail. No Ule body though.
