Firestorm takes 3rd!

My tournament team, Firestorm, took 3rd place in the Tidewater Paintball 1st Annual 3-man Tournament. It was our first tournament, and it was a lot of fun! Two of us were sporting Automags (woulda been 3, but we couldn't get a barrel to work on the other mag). We had some great games, and some really bad games. I know we coulda gotten 1st or 2nd though. We made some stupid moves, and we had a lot of bad calls, but it's all in the game. It was fun, and that's all that really mattered. We walked away with $15 and trophies. The $15 bought us a really good x-large pizza. It was definitely worth it. :D

Got a couple nice welts, and I did manage to bunker 2 of the 1st place team in one of the earlier games. :)

When I moved up and around, I planted 3 on the first guy and 1 on the second guy's butt. They turned around and started to light me up. What is messed up though is the first guy did not get out. I don't know how it happened, but the 3 BOUNCED! I still think at least one of em musta broken... it's crazy. We woulda won that one and maybe moved on to the finals... oh well.

Was a lot of fun, and I can't wait till the next one.

Good job Xy, speaking of tournies, I think me and some friends are gonna start 3 man next season :) (nothing to do with your post, but I figured Id say it anyways :)

3-mans are fun. Easy to maintain too... It's good for everybody to be really good friends. My teammates and I hang out usually every day. We all live within running distance of each other, and usually meet up at somebody's house. And when we're bored, we take out the rubber band guns and play a little attack & defend. ;) (good for work on snap shooting)
