What the diference between this boards other than the ACE??

Same board. Differences are in the program loaded on the board, and if the Ace is attached via wire.

Technically, yes. However, the ROF cap on the Xmag is higher than on the Emag. That can be solved by a board flash though.

Why doesnt agd do a USB plug for the emag so u can update it all the time? I would be great
