alright i think i may have solved the mystry of why i can never put my screw on tourny cap on my mag and still have the velocity over 250.

here it is: the pic is down below

the one reg nut appears to be a lot smaller. my question is this...
why is this one smaller?
where did it come from?
did agd make it?
which one is real deal?

and if u know anything please let me know.

question 2:

why is this thumb screw longer then the other one?
are they agd?
which is the real deal?

heres the pics

?#2, the longer screw is for the rtp/emag rail, and the other is for the automag/minimag rail.

i really dought thats true, one is maybe newer then the other (my guess)

about the reg screw, my old minimag had the one with less threding.. and my new classic had the one with more threding. (i dont own either anymore)

Ok I'll say it a different way. The overall measurement of a automag field strip screw is about 1.115" and a RTPro is about 1.165".

Taw...I'm not doubting your idea about the field strip screw for the e-mag being longer but....1.65 to 1.115?....thats more than 1/2 inch longer...don't think your # are correct!...you mean 1.065 to 1.115?
