X-Valve options

is it possible to get the X-Valve without the level 10 option?

Not new (well maybe, but not at any online store) but since it is only 25 bucks more than the old retro was, you can just sell your existing level 10 to someone for around 50 bucks, and actually save money. Thats what I did anyways.
