How are the stock panels on the y-grips? should i upgrade?

also, what size drop is most logical on em? all ive got is a huge dead-on...

i don't know about the grip panels, but you won't need that big of a drop or else your tank will be to far foward under the valve, probably a smaller drop like a shocktech mini. It also depends on how big your tank is.

The Y-grip moves your tank 2 inches forward, and 1 inch drop. So it is like having a small drop already. The only drop I would put on it is a stubby. The grip panels are fine, although I would like a pair of wrap-arounds.

Ok wraparounds aint gunna work, they just wont, unless you want to make your own pair, it aint gunna hapen. Tom tried and tried to make them accept stickies, but it just wouldnt work.

THe stock panels, are great panels, they are hogue panels, which are some of the best, high quality grips around
