Looks like the file path for smilies changed from the different versions. I will add this to the list to fix. I think the world moved to emoji's instead of smilies, but I will try and get our old smilies back.

Done! The old smilies are back online. To get post with the older smilies, on the right side of the post, click the "smiley face" button.
Note to Self: Upload smiley through control panel first, remove the / and save. After, upload the smiley in the directory folder in core. -
