I would hope the title takes care of the threads intention, but if you want backstory then here goes:
WHAT:I am trying to start Rookie/Novice paintball team for the Chicagoland area, after basically taking a season off (financial reasons).
WHEN:I am looking to get this set up sometime before December so that we would have oppertunity to get a fairly decent amount of practice time together before next season.
WHERE: As far as what league/series I was thinking primarily about the Badlandz 3 or 5man series with some hind thought to just doing random local events as they happen. My hope is to turn the team into competitive NPPL/PSP team for the 2k5 season, but that is a jump the team as a whole will have to decide on when the time comes.
WHO: This (for the present at least)is the easy part. Anyone who wants to play and that can be dedicated to a team. No tryouts persay (since the teams primary focus will be to gain experience during the first year) but individuals attitudes will be a deciding factor in wether or not they stick around in the short term.
