Hi
A few of you know me from the Special Ops Forums. I have come here from time to time but never posted here before.
I have just been apointed Executive Officer of the German 352 Anti Tank and Heavy weapons group.
I myself in the last few months have built a turret with a Quadzilla (Four A-5 s linked with firestorm cranks, Basically a double double trouble) for use in the 2008 D Day game.
We will be fielding many heavy weapons this year. The rules allow for 3 shields up to 36x36 each to be mounted as part of your gun emplacement. Each heavy weapons enplacement will have a five man crew consisting of One gunner, An assistant Gunner (Step in if gunner eliminated or needs break), a loader and two guards to protect the flanks. Heavy weapons crews will also have 500 rounds of AT paint issued and may kill tanks and other heavy weapons with this paint. The only way to eliminate a heavy weapon emplactment is with a AT paint round or by eliminateing the entire crew. Details of the full rules are on the D Day site.
If you have any interest in constructing a heavy weapons emplacement I would be happy to help in any way I can. If you just want to serve on a crew and mow down the allies in 2008 or want to be a AT Tank Killer please send me a message.
