I've been talking to my sources, and it seems that there has been a date set for Decay of Nations II, the working title (I assume) of the second scenario presented by SC Village. Last weekend of August, just like the first one. There will be no attempting to fix the results of this one (everyone who went to the last one will understand, I hope 
), and all the kinks, such as the missions and reffing, are being ironed out.
