    Leaks and shooting problems

I'm having problems with my old RT-Pro. I'm going to try to give a very detailed description of everything that happened from when the problem started, to right now. Please take the time to read this, I want to go to a big event in a few weeks.
This isn't english class so don't say anything about my writing.
(SS valve RT-Pro, level 10 bolt, rt on/off)
A few days before I went to the field I cranked the pressure up to about 1200psi, maxed out my flatline reg. It shot perfect like always and rapid fired like crazy. That weekend I went to the field. It was very very cold. Went to the chrono, shot right at 300fps, but I had absolutely no RT action. About a 1/2 hour later I started my first game of the day. As soon as I turned on my tank I got a heavy leak, I think it was out of the back of the gun but I don't know. After that game I took the valve off and oiled the bolt and put a few drops in the input hose. It still leaked but it did not shoot at all. The trigger still came back after I pulled it. If I held in the trigger it would still leak. My Impulse also failed that day so they didn't even charge me to rent a tippmann.
The next day I took out the level 10 carrier inspected the o-ring and it was fine. I unscrewed the 2 halves of the valve and lubed everything up. It shot perfect, went full auto and everything. Then I turned up the velocity a little bit (since I turned it down at the field to try to stop the leaking) After 10-15 shots... pppppppppppppsssssssssssssssssssssssssssshhhhhhhhh, out the back of the gun. So I turned off the tank, and turned down the velocity screw. I gassed up my gun and there was a slight leak out of the little hole on the left side of the valve. It still went full auto.
Today got my o-ring kit. They must have used brown o-rings back in 2001 because there is no way these things used to be white lol. I gassed it up, it didn't shoot. It leaked from where the 2 halves of the valve screw together. If I pushed on the reg piston with an allen wrench, from the velocity nut hole it would leak more air. I messed with the carriers and got it to shoot. It still leaked but at 900psi I got some RT action. I unscrewed the 2 parts of the valve and made sure everything was put together right and gassed it up. No leaks and shot fine except I had no RT action even if I raised the pressure. Also, when I put a light pressure on the trigger it there would be a slight leak down the barrel. That's as far as I got.
Working...
