Gun does not fire.

I have recently installed my Level 10 bolt in my stock minimag and we thought we were making progress with getting it tuned right. I found the largest carrier that it does not leak with and at first is fired a little. I put two shims in and was using a carrier with two grooves. It would only fire close to 20 times and then stop fireing all the way, but instead only shoot forward only a couple centimeters. I've played with carriers and shims and checked the instructions many times. Sometimes when it would fire, I could hold down the trigger with no paint in my gun and it would go fully auto until I release the trigger. Also it seemed as if my bolt would leak quite a bit when fired, is this normal? Please I would love any help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

P.S. Does anyone know where I can download the video that shows how to install it to make sure I did everything correct.
