please help ...rt-ule trigger shim

i bought a new tac 1 with ule trigger pull kit and level 10 kit installed

can someone please explaine how to shim the trigger

i have all the parts but i cant find much info on it

also i am looking for info and or parts for an adjustable output reg and tank with at least 900 output

also lol im looking for a manual or teardown
