Just wanted to say thanks, and let everyone know that Powerlyte did right with my order.
Heres the story.
I ordered an Axis Grip Styx hinge frame. They sent me a standard frame, no grip styx. I called them, and without argument or discussion, told me to send it back on there UPS account, and they would ship me the correct one. they sent the correct frame and included a Powerlyte jersey, nice!!!!!
