I'd say this regulator is in moderate condition. It has some wear and tear on it. I bought these used years and years ago, but ended up getting a brand new Ninja SHP regulator instead, so I never used the Maxflo. To the best of my knowledge it works, but I can't say for certain, so take that for what you will. I have one extra spring that was in the box, no idea if it's higher or lower than the one in it.
