Just a quick thought. Most Jeep Stereos factory are great if you get the upgraded sound package. If not, buy an Alpine headunit. Find one that is suited for you. I am extremely biased since i have had my alpine headunit for 3 years and it is still top of the line with all the new stuff coming out. It hasn't messed up on me yet and it has the fold down adj. face. As for subs. I'd reccomend Wolfehagen (bad spelling) Best subs and Amps on the market for the money. Keep the factory speakers unless you feel the need to upgrade them more. Stock Jeep speakers are pretty good and have good depth to them. Anything else i dunno. For pics check out crutchfield.com
