howdy , perhaps i came across a little wrong b4 , i do not have any problems with non paintball items being listed in the MISC forum, but all im saying is that a addtion of a non paintball forum , would give us all a place with out fees(ebay) to list things and would be more organized then listing all misc, in one forum
i understand some concern about, it turninmg into something like PB-Nations forums somewhat childish, but i think as a whole we are much more realistic over here and dont put up with the BS that happens on their boards so turning into something like that isnt a concern
to help lighten the load , i would , put myself up for a mod of the this forum if need be.
looking at the poll , it seem most are in favor of such a idea,
could someone PM me with who I can talk to about furthering the new forum idea?Comment

That aside, I see why you are pushing this and I understand it. I also believe your intentions are good. I just don't agree with it, that's all. Anything that can bring down the standards of AO is, in my opinion, not worth it.
Also, perhaps you have forgotten about the misc BST?

Hey ya , now slow down there i never once stated i was not happy with the mods or the AO boards, i only stated that i think a addition of the topic (nonpaintball items ) would be good and would open a new avenue for us to trade and clean up any cutter in the MISC Paintball topic..

just tring to see your point if we added one more forum topic it how it would turn into a bad thing?and end up like PBN

I don't consider 50 some people vs 30 some people to be a overwelming move to do something that is not really in the interest of the forum. And that is totaly out of its rhelm to encourage a whole place to sell non paintball items. Let alone another entire forum to have to moderate where all sorts of inappropriate things might crop up for sale. I don't want to subject our Moderators or Members to what might be placed there before we find it. And under the current situation we just ignore it if its not a problem. But encouraging it, by having a place for it, takes it to another level I just don't want to get into. The way it is now we can remove non paintball items if we chose too. And crack down on them if it becomes a problem With a forum specific to non paintball items we are going to have to constantly monitor and create rules and enforce those rules. It invites problems and we would have to prepare and deal with those problems. Why would we want to do that? I don't know why we would want to do that. Give me a good reason! I have not yet heard one at all. What I am hearing is " a few of us are inconvinenced by a few non paintball items so lets create a whole nother potential problem so the few of us are not bothered by it". Thats exactly what I am hearing.
I listened and I told you my thoughts on it and why its not really something I think is going to be up high on a to do list. Nor do I think its a good idea for a Paintball Site thats Industry owned to encourage non paintball related items sales.
Its not something that has not been talked about before. And was decided it was NOT something we wanted to do.
This is not a democracy.

honestly i was slightly offended by the quick disreguard of my poll , after all, all i was tring to do was find out would could be done , now after hearing your latest post I have a much better understanding of your point of view and will quitely let this post die and go back to my happy surfing of the Fine AO boards even the Misc. Paintball Items
