i'm a skier. I always hated boarders for sitting down all the time and "scraping the snow down to the ice" untill i tried snowboarding, then i understood. I'm still a skier tho. Boarding is fun, i went i think twice on a rental.

Yeah it sucks that some people don't have trail edict. If you want to stop make sure you get off to the side. I've had a few close calls with people that stop at the top of trails because there not sure how to get down them. Just get out of my way so I can bomb it
And not have to worry about someone sitting in my way.

You can have more fun going down a hill on a snowboard it seems. i have been snowboarding for about 5yrs. Theres a mountain 10 min from my house so i go there. the snowboarders have more respect than the skiiers, its pretty funny at times
