So I just put a ULT in my classic valve so I could use my hyperframe, was wondering if this was normal? Some people were saying that the classic valve shouldn't be able to have the ULT fit in it without modifications being done.

I know the regular RT on/off will work in the classic valve

A stock RT On/off works well in a stock mag. Technically when the ULE was created a lot of CO2 was still being used and the tiny oring in the ULE is buna, which will swell with co2, making it unusable in a mag on CO2. With everyone basically using air now that situation would be rare and is self evident if you try and do it. The ULT or ULE will fit the same footprint as the stock on/off.
Let us know how it goes? I can't specifically think of anything that would make it not work.
Back in the day there was a question of ULT functionality with stock 68 automags, but It was never spelled out or clarified anywhere as to why it would not work. AGD basically did not recommend it. I can only think to CO2 being the issue.
Any other thoughts or idea's why it would not work?
