wholesale paint pricing?

I'm looking into starting a new paintball field. I've done lots of research into many of the expenses (land, insurance, netting, rentals, air, etc.), but I haven't been able to find out much about paint. I'd like to stick with the good quality, PMI & NPS paints, and I'd like to know the following:
1) Wholesale price / discount for some of the major brands, and
2) MAP guidelines, for those that have them.

I've considered going to the wholesalers directly, but without a business license, etc. yet, I don't think I'd get very far. One of the main reasons I want to run my own field is because I'd like to try a new pricing strategy, so knowing the prices & rules for selling paint is crucial. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
