Purchased one of KC's battery packs, some trouble with shipping (not due to the fact that I am in Canada) but Kristian was very concerned with the problem. Pack did show up, everything was fine. He even offered to ship another if it ended up lost. Awesome guy to deal with, will do so again without hesitation, if that's OK with him.
