well, after I've read all of them, I'll let you know.

if you guys can be patient for about a month, my house sale/move/other things will have finalized and I'll know better where I stand - which will let me know better how much $$$ I have to devote to this project - which will include getting attorneys to write up the correct kinds of agreements, regardless of the initiating source
