Is there even any interest in this project anymore? I think the goal was pretty unclear to begin with, but there were some ideas that need following up! If you're still willing to put a little effort into this, post here.

I'm willing on the ideas side, but not so much on organizing and legal stuff.

I think the problem is that most of us that were/are interested in the project have more to put in from a technical standpoint than from a legal/structural standpoint. I'm more than willing to help on both ends, but I don't have a clue what should logically come next as far as the entity goes.
