I'm just going to use the regular AGD ones. Depending on the color you got CP's might look nice.

I'd just stick with either standard AGD detents or maybe System X detents (some available on ebay)
I have CP detents on my chord-bodied mag and they stick out a bit.. like horns. I don't think they'd match the lines of the Venomous body. Also, a lot of people find them to be unreliable but I haven't had any problems

You can also check out the Kila detents but they're a bit pricey and a few have had reliability problems with them too. (I have no experience w/ them)

CP detentes are a little long, you'll need to shim them. I got 2 brand new ones ($40), installed them, chrono'ed, chopped a ball and was like WTF!!! Looked inside the breach area and both detentes gone. I was so pissed.

Wow, you got ripped off. The MSRP is only $12 a piece, and most people sell them for $10.

Id have to agree with the CP detents. for the cost, you get a nice lookin detent (10-12 bucks each)

I have them on my Xmag and had them on one of my Kartas

    Wink System X Detents

I personall like the ball bearing System X detents best,
Sugarstup on Ebay is the only one I know that still has any.
Anodizing a marker ? No problem, these can be anodized.

Plenty of Ebay stores have them for $12 with free shipping, or $10 with small shipping fees. Obviously the company making them sells them for the MSRP and marks up shipping. That said, I've outfitted all of my angels with them (2 detents a piece via FMA) and been charged no more than $30 for the pair with shipping.
