If your going to do more body designs this year, along with xmt's batch of bodies......I'm gonna be too broke to play paintball this year. My wallet and bank acct. are so gonna hate me this year. Oh well, at least I won't have a shortage of projects to do. Also, when you do a V3 of armada, I'm 100% onboard no questions asked, just put me on that list right now.

There are some pics on Arc Anodizing FB page of some "clear" ano.

Managed to order the angel high rise adapter with ID feedneck instead of the low option..not hating it. Only a hair taller than a ccm no-rise. Swapped in the mini vert and sidekick for s&g

If anyone else wants an Armada body I can make a few more after the slug body run is done, send me a PM. If anyone wants a second body you know where to go to pick one up. Thanks

Since I’ve got another armada rail here, put me down for a second body

    Thanks.

No lists, just place your order from the link I sent you. Slug bodies should be done in about a week or so, then I'll knock more Armadas out if I get any orders..

    Sent mine off the FX.

Told him either satin black or if he feels like it do something creative.

Even though everything else will be black but the rail and body.

A lot of the new markers are coming out mostly black except the body so I guess....

Sweet, you can go wrong with black.

This is going to be a problem for my wallet. I've been wanting a Z-grip angled foregrip, and a reason to get your Z2 sleeper. (something about a pneumatic Z grip is beyond fabulous) I may not get any armada parts but I'm totally on board for this. Just need to not buy another real gun so I have the funds when this comes to fruition.

I'm torn which way to go with this. I love the z but I feel like something's missing to complete the project, like gas through drop kick. *wink**wink*

I'd love to make some Gas thru Sidekick ASA's but until I sell a bunch of Sidekicks I wont even consider it.

Do you still have the screw sets for the V1 sidekick ?

I found an anodized one laying around here but it is missing the mounting screws and the set screws....

    I did 3 versions:
    #1 Off-Set Rail
    #2 Wedge
    #3 Sidekick

All mounting screws 'drop to grip' are of course 10-32 and all set screws that lock the drop to your tank reg are also 10-32.

The one I need screws for is identical to the one on the TAC one.

It looks like slug bodies will be done Tuesday, if anyone wants an Armada get your order in. I'll probably leave it open for about a week or so, then I have to get busy on the next project.
    Thank's guys

He said it was 3 hours of sanding to get the tooling marks out.

Still I thought it was reasonable, $160.

Looks good, can't wait to see it put together.

Why didn't you just have it bead blasted, probably would have saved some money?

I wanted it satin not dust.

I'm not sure if he does bead blasting.

    I didn't know there was a difference.

I looks good and I think you actually got a good deal on the finishing, 3 hours to completely sand the rail and body is crazy, I wouldn't want to do it. (I detest doing finish work) lol

    We couldnt tell...

Looks good, Goinghome. I was hoping for more color when I heard FX was doing it, but I'd be interested to see how this comes together too.
Anyone planning on doing Gloss anno with theirs?

I plan on it, but I'm deciding if I should send an Xvalve in to color match the anodize or if I should pick one of the 3 sponge-splash ano colors to anodize it.

If anyone wants an Armada Body I'll do another quick run in about a week, I dont care about the production numbers but I wont be making a bunch of extras, so if you want one hit me up or if you have the original link place your order.
