    X valve diagram

Been a while since I’ve worked on a Mag, more than 10 years. Anyone have a good diagram of the X valve with the o-ring identification? Needs a total rebuild. Thx.

Well it's a start, I'd love to find the o ring sizes, and specs if possible

It's not a chart but I found this
It specifies 90D polyurethane if not started otherwise

    Super cool

One question, what is the B next to part number 4?

Sorry, made a quick update for consistency. Reposted below.

Pulled out an old clipboard where I jotted a lot of sizes down. Compared them with some of the other notes in this thread and in this one: https://www.automags.org/forums/show...8-O-ring-Sizes

With that, I annotated this exploded view with sizes. This is consistent with the first X-Valve I pulled apart. The only conflict is my X-Valve has a 018 o-ring on the reg nut, not 017. I suppose it's possible it by default uses a stretched 017. Can anyone confirm the correct sizes?

    See updated diagram below.

Buna. All the other o-rings are the more expensive polyurethane.

I've heard bunas can work they just don't last as long, any experience with that?

Also, do the o rings differ on a ule assembly?

I think I found my confusion between 017 and 018. Pulled out the caliper and measured the body o-ring.

Found this, which would be nice if it wasn’t so small and not able to be read. Maybe someone has a better version.

Lol, I found that as well

I feel like what we are looking for was at one point out there and easy to find but not really at this point because they have been copied and pasted and saved so many times the resolution has gone to crap for the ones we can find

I was able to find the HTML that AGD use to host on www.airgundesigns.com I would need to get it rehosted, but I clipped/edited part of the Diagram. Does this help?
