    Requesting Machining Services by Me.....

Yep, just as the title states.

I'm putting a request out there for some machining services. I want to see if these are possible and if someone could do the following:

    - Turning a barrel from twistlock to A/C threaded
    - ULE milling part of a classic RT rail in the front to lighten it up (still want to be able to attach a grip rail)

Also, I'm looking for a classic RT sight rail. Not the stainless steel one. The thicker aluminum one. Don't matter what color or condition. It'll be anodized eventually.

    Thanks

BMC Fabrication does good work, but changing a barrel from twist-lock to AC is going to be expensive. It will probably be cheaper to buy a new barrel instead.

I can do the ULE milling on your rail for $25. Captain Pinky can probably also help you out.

The barrel is an older style Custom Products barrel. It looks pretty cool. Won't be able to find one like it new.

If it's all aluminum XMT does autococker threading to barrels...

As long as you aren't in a hurry for it.

I've contacted and looked at what BMC Fab can do. Got my brain cogs spinning with ideas.

Ken at K&P customs does some fine work as well. He made me a custom snatch grip to allow an e1 cocker frame to mount to an inception ripper resurrection body without screwing new holes into a rare body. But it wasn’t quick 4-6 month turn around.

    Thanks
    Mike
