    Post Oops, AGD Pride takes 7th place at CPSA Tourny. (Lots of Pics)

    What can I say, at least we weren't in last place!

    Honestly though, I have to say that the field we were assigned was most likely the worst field that I've ever played a tournament on. There was hugh dead spots and no secondary moves. This caused a lot of games to go to time, I'd say approx 70% of all the games in the amatuer division.

    A great big thanks to Chester of the AGD Lions, Joe, and Sorin for playing with Timmy and me. With recent events and the fire at Skirts fraternity house, we ended up being short on players at the last minute and they we're flexible enough to fill in on short notice.

    Also, thanks to Carrie for the pics and for playing one game. She made a 1 min left call that allowed us to get the flag pull and another 20 pts. Woohoo!

    In the end, we ended up with 7th place, still respectible, and it'll still help us in the rankings. Enjoy the pics!

    I belive field 3 (behind you) took the prize for "least desirable field." Our division had some hella low scores. One side had a huge open gap with nothing in it, the other had tons of bunkers everywhere. And Im not even going accuse the refs of not being the best, I wont go to their level....

    im looking forward to putting this event behind us. Even thos we are prolly going to drop like a lead ballon in the ranks. Currently 7th in Nov, prolly going down to 12-15... Yeah, it was THAT bad for us.

    We will work like crazy to redeem ourselves at Fox next month.

    Ah well a bad day at the Paintball Field is better than a bad day at work any time! Shake it off, forget it and move on. Better luck next time guys.

    I think all the fields sucked. We would have taken first in our division if not for a hot gun penalty. Oh well, part of the game.:o

    Man that score board looks rough, no team maxing more then 3 out of 5 games. But we may actually move up in the standings overall since Phyco Circus was barely ahead of us. Tell Chester Thanks for me and I may see everyone for the next one at Fox River (if someone else doesn't play).
