Zads: i used extruded acrylic tubing
Zads: 1" OD, 7/8" (iirc) ID
Zads: hm.. had to bevel the bottom/inner edge
Zads: and outer edge
Zads: then brought the OD down to like 15/16ths and brought the ID of the lower warp part to match
Zads: you gotta measure how much you need though and i'll cut pretty close to it***************************************

VERY unique tubing, I must say. Impressive. I'm impressed with just about anyone to have the (paint)balls to customize an expensive piece of machinery like that.
