I want to buy the round emag battery.

Can I buy the round emag battery pictured attached to a modular emag body. Will the round battery slide on my standard emag frame and function? I want a round foregrip and I would really appreciate it if you would sell me one of the round batteries. Assuming of course that it will attach and work on my stock emag.
